• To provide and supply the services, including consultations, quotes, surgeries, treatments, and other diagnostic and health studies requested related to the treatment of alopecia, as well as to inform about the characteristics and scope of the same.
• To properly integrate the clinical file of a patient, which consists of written documents, graphical images, electronic, magnetic, electromagnetic, optical, and any other kind, in which healthcare personnel make diagnoses, opinions, records, annotations, certifications, and other corresponding documents related to the patient’s intervention and care.
• To allow access to our facilities and, for security purposes, monitor activities carried out within the clinic.
• To process payment through the various payment methods designated for such purposes, as well as to bill and carry out collection services for the services provided.
• To maintain records for service follow-up, future service provision, and generally to follow up on any contractual relationship or service provision.
• To communicate with relatives or authorized third parties about the status of the services, progress, and relevant information.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations with orders from judicial or administrative authorities.
• To address and follow up on questions, opinions, complaints, and suggestions regarding the services provided by DHI CDMX.

b) Transfer

We inform you that DHI CDMX may transfer your data to administrative, judicial, or governmental authorities of any kind in Mexico or abroad that may require them, provided that such transfer is established by judicial or administrative order in accordance with the applicable legal framework. DHI CDMX will also share your personal data with third parties specialized when it intends to follow up on the fulfillment of relationships, obligations, and rights related to the establishment of relationships between you and DHI CDMX, or when required by the Law.
