Polanco IV Section, Miguel Hidalgo Municipality, C.P. 11550 CDMX, which is designated for receiving any type of notification related to the processing of personal data you provide, is responsible for the treatment of the personal data provided to us in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

a) Purpose of your personal data

• To provide and deliver services including consultations, quotations, surgeries, treatments, and other diagnostic and health-related studies requested in relation to alopecia treatment, as well as to inform you of their characteristics and scope.
• To properly integrate the patient's medical record, which consists of written, graphic, imaging, electronic, magnetic, electromagnetic, optical, or any other kind of documents in which health personnel record diagnoses, opinions, notes, annotations, and corresponding certifications related to the intervention and care of the patient.
• To allow access to our facilities and, for security purposes, monitor activities carried out within our clinic.
• To collect payments through the various payment methods indicated for such purposes, as well as to issue invoices and provide collection services for the rendered services.
• To keep records for tracking services, future service provision, and generally to follow up on any contractual relationship or service-related connection.
• To communicate with family members or authorized third parties regarding the status of services, progress, and relevant information about them.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, as well as orders from judicial or administrative authorities.
• To address and follow up on questions, opinions, complaints, and suggestions regarding the services provided by DHI CDMX.

b) Data transfer

We inform you that DHI CDMX may transfer your data to administrative, judicial, or governmental authorities of any kind, in Mexico or abroad, that require it, as long as it is established by judicial or administrative mandate under the applicable regulatory framework. Similarly, DHI CDMX will share your personal data with specialized third parties when intending to follow up on the fulfillment of relationships, obligations, and rights related to the establishment of relations between you and DHI CDMX, or in any of the cases established in the law.
